SECURE
All organisations that records data on electrical equipment has a few legal obligations to protect that information under Data Protection legislation.

We use CESG certified and DOD method pattern wiping software on all hard drives, CD's Tapes and Media cards such as SD/Compant Flash (CF) (MMc) will either use the same method or physicaly destroyed to ensure complete secure detruction of your old data.

OUR STORY
Our background is from IT Support and sales. We have over 11 years’ experience in the IT Support industry ranging from SME's to Large offices around the UK.
​
Alongside IT Support and services we looked after Audio Visual equipment for schools and events.
This has given us a great insight to IT Recycling as we understand the life cycle of equipment for both the business side and storage values.
​
Some companies rely on expensive data destruction to earn their income, but at the IT Recycle Centre we have a unique approach to the way we do business.
​
We offer FREE collections with our fleet of Vans that will come and collect all of your Computer Waste and include a FREE DOD 7 Pass Wipe on your computer hardware with a basic Audit!
Some of the equipment cost us money to get rid of and of course staff, but we are very efficient at recycling parts of computers and other equipment via our contacts and 3rd party's.

OUR VISION
We like to think of ourselves as the Green efficient recycling business that helps our clients get peace of mind and free space back for their new IT installations.

Allot of perfectly good usable IT equipment gets destroyed due to fast approaching IT budgets that must be used or lack of IT understanding. We like to try and utilize as much equipment as possible so the end result is less in landfill sites causing global issues and helping charity’s with used free equipment where possible.

We work closely with the Environment Agency and are also a registered
waste carrier.

TECHNOLOGY
We have a dedicated skilled team of engineers that takes parts out of old and broken computers to be able to make working units for bulk shipping to 3rd World country’s

Any spare working parts will then be sold on auction sites to be reused.
